01

Private tennis lessons

One-on-one time on court, shaped entirely around what you want out of the game. We start by hitting so I can see where you are, then pick the two or three changes that will move the needle fastest — grip and contact point for a new player, second serve and court positioning for someone already competing.

02

Group tennis lessons

Small adult groups organised by level, so you're always hitting with people you can actually rally with. It's the sociable end of the schedule — a lot of players meet their weekly hitting partners here — and it keeps the cost per hour friendly.

03

Kids tennis lessons

Ages four to fourteen, on right-sized courts with racquets and low-compression balls that match their height and strength. The youngest groups are games with tennis hidden inside them; older kids move into rallying, scoring and their first matches. Confidence first, technique alongside it.

04

Live ball

Continuous, fed-ball point play. The ball is always live, so you are making real decisions under mild pressure instead of standing in a line waiting for a turn. It is the single best bridge between drill tennis and match tennis.

Cardio tennis

A genuine workout with a racquet in your hand — constant movement, short drills, music on, nobody keeping score. No tennis background required, and it is a very forgiving way to start if the idea of a lesson feels intimidating.
