Lessons / Live ball
Continuous fed-ball point play. The ball is always live, so you are making real decisions under mild pressure instead of standing in a line waiting for your turn.

What a session looks like
Short warm-up, then straight into it.
I feed the first ball and the point plays out — winner stays, next player in.
Themed rounds: first strike, defending wide, finishing at the net.
Volume is the point. Expect to hit far more balls than in a normal lesson.
Who it's for
Intermediate players and up. It is the best bridge I know between drill tennis and match tennis — if your practice strokes look better than your match strokes, this is the fix.
Intermediate and above.
High — bring water.
Repetition under pressure, with no queueing.
Enough to keep a rally going crosscourt. If you can hold three or four balls in play, you will get plenty out of it.
A group lesson teaches a shot. Live ball makes you use it while somebody is trying to beat you.
It is the closest thing to match tennis you can do in a coached session — decision-making under pressure, at volume.
Other lessons
One-on-one court time, shaped entirely around what you want out of the game — whether that is a first rally or a more reliable second serve.
Small groups organised by level, so you are always hitting with people you can genuinely rally with.
Right-sized courts, racquets and balls, and coaching that leads with games.
A genuine workout with a racquet in your hand.
