Questions

Cardio tennis, answered

Call or text
Do I need to know how to play tennis?

No. If you can move, you can do cardio tennis. The drills are built so a beginner and an experienced player can work side by side.

Is cardio tennis a real workout?

Yes — continuous movement for an hour with almost no standing still. Most people find it harder than a normal lesson.

Can I do cardio tennis alongside lessons?

That is the ideal combination: lessons to build the strokes, cardio tennis to build the fitness to use them.
